Day 1 schedule...

For the last couple months it's been fun to talk and joke about "fat camp". Well, it's here and trust me when I tell you, I'm not laughing anymore. To give you an idea, here is a schedule of today's activities:

  • 6:30am--4 1/2 mile hike

  • 9:30 am--breakfast

  • 10:15am--one hour cardio class called "mountain"

  • 11:15am--one hour "stretch" class.

  • 12:15am--lunch

  • 1:00pm--Calorie budget lecture

  • 1:30pm--open gym

  • 2:15pm--Core Training

  • 3:30pm--H2O Intervals

  • 4:30pm--Circuit Training

  • 5:30pm--dinner

  • 6:15pm--Lecture: spending your calories wisely I
The hike was beautiful, the food has great taste but well, it's only 1200 calories per day. I managed to get through 52 new e-mails, make some client calls, checked in with associates, chat with Rach and kids and now, I'm going to hit the sack...

P.S. I've included a "photo of the day." Notice my great form!

  4. Take copious notes so you can hold "fat camp" for all those of us stuck at home when you get back :)

  7. I've seen you in that pose before going into the buffet restaurant. I was of course in the process of passing you on my way in as well.

Good luck. Can't wait to play some racquetball when you come back all skinny and buff...
